Finders fee services
What we do for you
We will produce a comparative market analysis for your
home so you can see how much it will rent for and why. We
will take pictures and market your home to find a suitable
tenant. If you need anything like carpets cleaning, painting
or more jobs, we can help you arrange this.
Before we start we will need a biding contract so we can
handle this on your behalf. We will also need proof the home
is not in danger of being foreclosed (including permission to
share this with potential tenants).
We will share our commission with another realtor to speed
up the time to find a tenant.
This various in cost from home to home but comes out of our
finders fee. Generally it will be $250.00 up. So no cost to
you.
FEES
Fee for finding tenant is 1 months’ rent. If we do not get a
suitable tenant there is no fee.
We charge the future tenant $60.00 for a background check
We charge the future tenant $60.00 for an attorney

We will settle the tenant into the home and give you an electronic copy of lease and move in report with
pictures. Lease can be signed by us or you subject to negotiation.
The tenant pays $60.00 for the lease to be drawn up by our attorney specific to the client.
If the tenant fails to pay the rent we can handle the eviction for you (costs involved).
We are a full service property management company. Therefore can arrange any contractors you may need
now or in the future. We do not just rent and leave you we are here if you need us anytime.
