Anybody who has spent some time in Florida a Subtropical climate will know about the bugs. We will arrange a bug company to control the environment around your Vacation home to keep the creatures out as best as possible. Including making sure you pool bug screen is in a good state of repair.
Vacation Home Maintenance
In the event of a hurricane we will ASAP inspect your property and report our findings to you. We have specialist contractors who we work closely with to keep the Vacation home in pristine condition all year round

As a guide we charge $100.00 per month for a typical 3 bed house + cost of pool, lawns bugs and other requests you may have. We can tailor our service to suit your needs so the cost may go down or up please ask us to quote there is no charge just a coffee when we visit you
